50th Avenue is the pioneer in micro-retail store concept. Established in November 2003, it is strategically located in one of the prime shopping destinations in the heart of Ortigas Central Business District.

50th Avenue partners with young designers and entrepreneurs in building their own unique brands in fashion as the host brand store that carries multiple fashion brands for its loyal customers.

50th Avenue is a place for brands that are fashion forward, affordable and competitive in todays’ dynamic and fashion-able market.

STORE CONCEPT

A shopping place which houses a collection of micro-retail shops owned and managed by young and emerging designers and entrepreneurs who want to brand their products and be known in the fashion retail industry.

A fashion exchange avenue where designer and entrepreneur meets the fashion conscious shopper, and offers affordable fashion apparel ranging from complete clothing lines to accessories like shoes, bags and other rare finds.

On site, the store maintains a concierge, which serves as a helpdesk to assist storeowners & shoppers in their day-to-day business transactions. There is a big visual merchandise display window at the stores’ facade/entrance, which will highlight and feature each season’s fashion forecast, new trends and showcase fashion forward designs and merchandise found inside 50th Avenue. This will give shoppers a preview of the different collections and fashion styles to choose from inside the store.

A coffee shop in the center aisle allows shoppers to dine and quench their thirst as they take a break from their shopping. All these unique features are made available not just to make shopping convenient, but also to provide the total shopping experience for our customers.

PERSPECTIVE

50th Avenue store is inspired by Modern Retro European design. The 700-square meter space is divided into 4 zones: Left and Right Hallways, Island Stall and a Center Aisle Coffee Shop.

The store’s black and white interior complements the modern retro art design elements adopted on its façade and other parts of the store.

FACADE

Two main entrance portals with treated white-painted brick columns, and a touch of modern Roman pillars made of black wrought iron

CENTER AISLE

European-inspired coffee shop Figaro in the centre aisle with a nice view of the entire store. The dining area is an elevated wooden platform with metal fences in neoclassic pattern, lampposts and a fountain for an outdoor feel

CONCIERGE

A padded white leather counter, framed with painted black wood and black granite counter, and the 50th Avenue logo mounted on a white-painted brick wall

INDIVIDUAL STOREFRONT

Store signage mounted on the ledge, illuminated with warm soft lights and Black-painted, wooden-framed main entrance door with a full tempered glass window display on the side.

HALLWAY

Spacious hallways with floors made of grayish black homogenous tiles that accentuates the interior.
